Psychotherapy
At The Guest House, therapy is a place of welcome a space to explore your story with curiosity and compassion. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My practice centers the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly gay men, and offers an affirming environment to untangle old patterns, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more grounded, authentic life.
Together, we’ll make room for all that you bring — every emotion, every part of you and discover what healing looks like in your life.

Coaching
Coaching at The Guest House supports you in moving from insight to action building confidence, clarity, and direction in your life.
Designed for LGBTQ+ adults and gay men seeking growth beyond therapy, coaching focuses on purpose, relationships, and meaningful change.
Whether you’re redefining success, navigating career or identity shifts, or striving to live more authentically, we’ll partner to uncover your strengths and chart a path that feels true to who you are.
Clinical Supervision
I offer individual clinical supervision for LCSW candidates seeking a thoughtful, supportive environment to deepen their clinical skills and professional identity.
Supervision emphasizes ethical, reflective, and trauma-informed practice with attention to the whole self of the clinician. I bring experience working with diverse adult populations and a special focus on LGBTQ+ mental health.
Together, we’ll cultivate your confidence, clinical insight, and authentic voice as a therapist.

Consulting
Through The Guest House consulting services, I partner with businesses, nonprofits, and organizations seeking to foster authenticity, belonging, and emotional well-being in the workplace.
Drawing from my background in psychotherapy and leadership coaching, I help teams navigate change, strengthen communication, and create inclusive environments that support both people and performance.
Together, we’ll explore how values, culture, and human connection can become your greatest organizational strengths.
Being Human is a Guest House.
